Sunday I took Haley and Dylan to New York. We left early in the morning to meet Haley's viola-playing friend from Connecticut at a park in the Bronx. Haley had a great time playing with Sofia while Dylan played with her older brother. We had a quick picnic then left for Haley's lesson with Brian.
After Haley's lessons, Brian had a session in his backyard for his students and Dylan, who he'd invited to accompany. They ate pizza and snacks and played tunes for hours. The weather was cool and though threatening rain occassionally, it held off.
